Omaha's 1904 Farnam Redevelopment Project 📈

The historic 1904 Farnam building in downtown Omaha is set to be transformed into 54 affordable housing units, including studio and one-bedroom apartments, with a $25 million redevelopment led by Clarity Development. This project will utilize Nebraska Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and State Historic Tax Credits, ensuring the preservation of its architectural heritage while addressing the community's need for affordable housing. Expected to be completed by the end of 2025, the development will also feature ground-floor commercial space, enhancing the local economy.

Durham Museum Launches Dragon Exibit 🐉

The Durham Museum is launching an exciting new exhibit, "The Lost World of Dragons," which explores dragon mythology across cultures and history. Visitors can delve into the origins of dragon myths and even create their own dragon stories through stop-motion animation. The exhibit, featuring animatronic dragons, runs from Sept. 21 to Dec. 31, 2024.

Omaha Oddities and Art Expo🎨 - Voodoo's Odd Shop presents the Omaha Oddities and Art Expo: Halloween Edition 2024, a full-day event featuring unique vendors, eccentric art, and captivating performances.
